Dr Liping Zhao joined the School of Computer Science from the School of Informatics (formerly Computation at UMIST) in 2006. She is twice holder of the prestigious IBM Faculty Award 2004 and 2006; a co-founder and leader of an EPSRC funded UK academic network on Service Science Management and Engineering (SSMEnetUK).
