We have another SSME event with the 22nd Service Conference and Workshop held in London at the RAC on November 6, 7 & 8.

It will feature Dr. Jim Spohrer of IBM's Almaden Research Centre, in Silicon Valley, CA, talking on SSME, Dr. Allan Mayo on the government perspective, and Professor Evert Gummesson filling in the dots for academia by relating this to complex business networks, relationship marketing and technology. There will be presentations and discussions about the SSME curriculum development agenda.

We warmly invite you to attend. In addition, there are 4 linked Special Issues and there is still time to send your Abstract in.
